JSR 308 doesn't have to be ready yet; there is still plenty of time.

I don't think it's at all productive to repeat pessimistic innuendo without
any details.  If someone has a concrete reason that it can't be ready, then
please state that, so that we can address it.  Otherwise, let's concentrate
on the technical details and continue to make forward progress.

I agree that it's a good idea to collect todo items.  I also agree that we
should focus on doing the right thing rather than rushing, but I don't yet
see a reason that is incompatible with inclusion in Java 7.
