[JSR308] Maintenance of statement annotations proposal

Hi all,

I've been trying to get a proposal going for statement annotations,  
either combined with JSR-308 or as part of a separate proposal.  
Unfortunately, my maintenance efforts have to end because I need to  
focus on finishing my degree. I'm looking for volunteers who would  
like to take over maintenance of the proposal. All of the latest info
