[Checkers] Javari Test cases

Hi Telmo and others,

I just checked in a couple of failing test cases for Javari.  Please  
try to fix them by the next release (tomorrow?), otherwise comment  
them out.  I assume that they will show up a lot in your case studies.

Just as a reminder, annotations/TODO.txt contains the short-term goals  
and todo items for the team.  Please update it from time to time with  
your status.  There are two items for you, I believe.
