[Checkers] Verdict on Compiler Thrown Exception

Greetings guys,

I have finally confirmed that the problem with the compiler exceptions  
when dealing with tabs is a openjdk-javac bug.  I will send a bug  
report to compiler-dev.

The problem was due to a check-in, dated July 15th with the summary  
'6724071: refactor Log into a front end and back end'.
