[JSR308] Problems with stubs.

As Mike said, stubs are not fully implemented or tested.  We provide  
best effort support for now and we fix bugs as we come across them.

The bug results when finding supertypes if an extends clause is  
present.  I have fixed the bug.  The next release (scheduled really  
soon) should have the fix.
