[JSR308] Annotations carried over to supertypes.

Thanks for your comments on the framework.

It seems that there is a demand for not having annotations on the type  
declaration being carried over to the superclasses, so I will work on  
having a switch to turn this functionality on or off.  Hopefully, this  
will make it in the new release (scheduled next Friday at the latest).
