[JSR308] Type annotation syntax for arrays

Hi Mike,

Some feedback about "Type annotation syntax for arrays":
Seems to be good :)

btw... we havent yet the opportunity to check JQuantLib against type 
annotations. I dont think we will do it this year :( as we are still in the 
way to finish our second release.

Anyway, as probably I will lead the effort to implement JSR-308 in JQuantLib, 
it's good to know how type annotations for arrays was defined. It's 
absolutely intuitive.
