[JSR308] Most innovative JSR of the year

Yesterday at the 5th annual JCP Program Awards at JavaOne, JSR 308 received
the Most Innovative JSR of the Year award.

Congratulations to everyone in the JSR 308 community for helping to create
and refine such an innovative change to Java!  Now it's our job to continue
the good work and see the innovation through to inclusion in the Java
platform.
