[Checkers] I could not run the plugin in eclipse IDE.

After following all the steps contained in the list, I can not run checked
framework in eclipse IDE.
(http://types.cs.washington.edu/checker-framework/eclipse/)

Attached I send a picture with the result of the installation.

Please give me some more hint for me to run the framework checked in eclipse
IDE?
