[Checkers] JSR308 Checkers Code Review

Greetings,

I am proposing a code review for the Checkers Framework on May 28th,  
2008.  Can you provide your time constraints and/or propose a better  
date?

The considerations made for the proposed date are the following:
1. Mike is away May 12-18 and 22-27,
2. Matt is presenting a demo May 22nd, and
3. Matt submits his thesis on May 23rd

I will send a PDF file with some revised files by this Sunday.
