[Checkers] planning new checkers releases

I'd like to meet briefly to discuss the schedule for stable 
checkers/langtools releases for the next two months. Development 
releases will continue as usual on Fridays, including this next one, 
April 4th.

Mike, if you'd like to be a part of the planning, we can arrange a time 
when you're available (by phone or when you're here this week). 
Otherwise, does Thursday April 3rd at 4pm work for everyone?
