[Checkers] Arrays and checkers

Hi,

I have just checked in a patch for this.

The problem was vararg related problem.  BaseTypeVisitor was not  
handling passing an array to vararg directly.  It was always that  
elements, rather than the array, were passed.

> All of the FreePastry failures seem to be isomorphic to it.

If that's the case, this a very good news =).
