To be perfectly clear:  you are welcome to do the review electronically,
and in fact I think that would be a good experiment.  The files are there
for others who choose to do the review on paper (like me).

Mahmood has pointed out, and I agree, that people tend to notice different
things when reading on paper and electronically, so I think both are
valuable.
