[Checkers] SVN checkin annotations: r3041 - shared/src/annotations

Hi Telmo,

Thanks for catching that.  I didn't know what shared/src/annotations  
had.  I made some changes to TargetType (in the compiler).  Please  
report to me any errors you get from those changes.
