[Checkers] checkers compilation

Hi guys,

To compile checkers, please place javaparser in checkers/lib.  You can  
do that by doing the following:
     cd annotations/javaparser
     ant
     cp javaparser ../checkers/lib
     cd ../checkers
     ant dist

I will automate that in ant build file, but I am too sleepy to do it  
(still jetlagged).  I will do this in the morning; so hopefully you  
won't even notice this.
