[Checkers] Javac Bug Reports

That seems to be Sun bug #6481655. The bug database entry
(http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=6481655) lists it
as being fixed in release 7b27, which isn't actually out yet, though
the commit was made a while ago
(http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk7/jdk7/langtools/rev/25338c55e458) so
we could (I will) patch it locally.
